Are your products new?

We only sell graded stock, each item is given a grade between A and C to indicate what condition it is in. You can hover over each grade on the product page for a brief explanation of what this means. Each product will have its own description which will provide more detail on that product in particular.

Can I ask for a different delivery address?

If you require delivery to an address that is not the billing address on the card, we ask that you email as soon as you have placed your order. Amendments to the delivery address are significantly more difficult if the item has already been dispatched.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, our warehouses are secure facilities and for health and safety reasons we cannot allow members of the general public inside. We do offer free delivery on all of our full priced items.

Can you give additional discounts off the marked price?

Unfortunately, we cannot lower our prices past what is already advertised on our website. We work on incredibly low margins to ensure customers are receiving the best deals possible.

Do you deliver internationally?

We currently only deliver to mainland UK- This excludes Ireland and Scottish Highlands. Please note delivery is available to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands with an additional charge. If you wish to discuss these additional charges please use our contact details to contact ourselves.

How do I place an order?

All orders are to be placed online, through our website. Please note: We do not accept orders over the telephone as we do not have the facility to process payments. If you require any help placing your order, please give us a call or send us an email.

How long does delivery take?

We try to get orders out to customers as quickly as possible, in most cases customers will receive all of their items within 3-5 working days. We ask customers to have patience with large, fragile items as these are harder to ship and we want to ensure they arrive with you in immaculate condition.

I would like to return my order, what do I need to do?

To initiate the returns process you must email with your order number. Please let us know why you are returning the item. We will then be able to arrange a collection for you.

Delivery is free on all of our full priced items. Management reserves the right to charge for any additional delivery attempts outside of the three attempts usually provided by courier services.
